I attended the song writing workshop on Sunday conducted by Nancy and well decided to give a shot at song writing. I had nothing to do anyway so I might as well learn something new and attend the workshop. And since I had so much time at home to spare with my long mc, I might as well try writing a song. But due to my lack of musical background, only the lyrics are out so far. Actually this song is inspired by the message on Sunday which is about the promises that god made to us and that we are not really assured unless we truly believe and love god with all our heart, mind and soul. Well after some reflection on myself, I realize that god is not really in every part of my life and this song is like my feelings right now and how I really want to have god in all aspects of my life and really change my ways. Although I have changed a lot since accepting Christ, I believe it's still not enough and I need to work real hard at it. Here goes the lyric for the song.
