Yesterday I met my OC and CO and they explain to me that they could not keep me in 42SAR as my medical condition does not allow me to go for the next recee course which is around dec and other vocations like clerk and storeman are filled up and even overflowing. So its time after 6 months of being in 42 SAR that i am being posted out to CCO seletar camp as a RP trainee. Sometimes some things in life are not meant to be. I was initially in spike platoon when i first arrived at 42 but later PS Peter came and took me over to scout platoon. I went for the driver course first as i was quite afraid of riding a bike which a trooper have to learn. When we are nearing the end of the driver training, I volunteered at the chance to become a trooper and joined the rest at the bike course. This decision changed my life totally as I was OOC in july due to a bike accident. As a result, i was not able to train as a recee trooper and thus had to go. Scout platoon will always be a part in my memory as i had many great platoon mates and commanders there. The commanders are all really very encouraging and never fail to encourage me when i am unable to carry on especially during running where i am the worse. As a result, i am very motivated to train hard and to do my commanders proud. At there i also made friends and i pray that we will continue to be friends even though i left 42. I will always remember 42 SAR The Cutting Edge and Steadfast and vigilant serval.
