Been having lots of duties recently and tomorrow I am on duty again. But for this month, I only got 4 duties and 2 weekend which one is tomorrow and the other is this coming Saturday. Waiting for my IPPT to come and hopefully I can get a silver this time and hopefully my promotion comes. I have been waiting and waiting and I am still a chao Private and seriously I am quite sianz about it. Seems like a bad impression to be a PTE after one year and almost 5 months in the army. It seems like my work performance is bad. But i know its not so I guess it is better to know it myself. Been feeling very restless lately. Seems like nothing seem to interest me and I just go about life like a routine without any soul in me. Wonder what is wrong with me.

Took IPPT again today and guess what I miss the silver timing by 8 sec. I was like what the ...., but it was a great improvement from my last timing and I am going to take it next week again and this time I am going to get the money and badge.
I've been tagged by samsee to do this.

1) I really hate veggie till this day and although I eat them, I only eat them because we are supposed to include them in the diet.
2) I have a toy dog from when I was 7 and I treat it very well that it has its own bed, pillow and blanket. ( I sleep on a mattress on the floor)
3) I think I kinda like the army and would not mind extending my service till school starts
4) I dun read novels cause I think they are a waste of time, and only stick to business or self help non fiction books
5) Till now, I do not have any dreams
6) I like to tidy my room during exam time.

Yay Jessica Tan is crowned Miss Singapore Universe 2007. In case you all already not know, I am her supporter. Haha. She is really pretty and smart and has a great figure too. She really deserves the crown and cheers to all who have voted for her.

Finally after waiting for so long, I finally get to watch the phantom of the opera. Initially I did not wanted to go cause of the price of the ticket but I am so so so glad that I decided to go for it after all. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience as it was my first professional musical and I am wowed by it. The effects were very good, the stage set up was superb and the vocals were heavenly. It was indeed different watching the real musical and seeing the movie. Ok think I am over reacting a bit here but it was really great and I strongly recommend it to everyone. Think of me, think of me fondly........the phantom of the opera is here.....lalallalala

FIRE FIRE FIRE. Fire drill in the morning and all went well I guess and I am glad cause I was the in charge and Master plan for me to take charge for practice. When the bell was rung, everyone pretty much ran to assemble say for one particular person which I will not mentioned. When I went to the bunk, he was still slowly changing and after wards slowly walk and I really meant WALK to the fall in point. I am ok with that but later this guy did something which make me very disgusted. At 1300 Hrs, this guy was supposed to be on duty at the main gate. So I waited for him to take over but I saw a new guy coming out to take over, so I was puzzled as Yusaku would never allow 2 new guys to be at the main gate. So I inquired and found out that he had actually asked the new guy to do his duty for him. When I heard, I was so pissed with his actions. It was super disgusting of him to bully the new guy. Even if he did not force the new guy but imagine you are new and some one who is of more senior rank and who has been there longer asked you to do that, I guess one would have done for fear of offending the so called lao jiao. I strongly disapproved of this behavior and the IC for the day plan in such a way that this new guy could go for prayers but because of this he could not go. And later I found out that the senior guy had told the new guy that he could not go for his prayers cause of the fire drill. I went to SO immediately and complain this matter to him and hope that he will be punished for his actions. Anyway this is not the first time that he has play rank and he even did it with me when he just joined the platoon. Although he is of a higher rank but he knows nuts about his job and actually demanded to have lesser work due to his rank. Luckily I have the support of others when i made that complain. Oh ya once I caught him sleeping at the main gate during his duty and when I catch him again, he is so going to get it. This has made me so angry and pissed and when I take over as IC, I will make sure no such things will happen. Ok enough of the rantings think I am not that angry liao since I have already complain and SO has known about it.
I am going to watch Phantom Of the Opera tomorrow and I am so excited about it.

Today was a bad day. First my day started off with me being very tired as I had not slept the whole night during my duty with Budiman. Basically we stayed at the main gate the whole night and chatted with each other. There was supposed to be roll call today at 0830 but it seems that no one knows about it and I was back from throwing the rubbish when man told me about the roll call. I rushed there and we were told to get into push up positions and wait for the rest to arrive. We were punished for being late and told to report for roll call at 0830 everyday no matter whether is Master or SO is here or not. After that we were told to clean up our bunk for an inspection and so there goes my rest again. We clean and got ready for the area inspection but luckily at around 11 plus I managed to get some rest before my duty at 1300. At 1450, the new guys went to the auditorium for some rules of engagement talk and I left early cause I had duty.
Some times I realized that I am trying to do too many things at the same time and I need to reorganized myself and concentrate.

Went to Zouk on Wednesday with Derek, Enrique, David and Fahmy. Well it was a great night for me and I really enjoyed my first Wednesday night at zouk. Basically the group split up and I was with Enrique and his 2 other friends the whole night and we were just dancing the night away. At around 3:30, I left for home. The next day I was like super tired but luckily I managed to get rest till about 12 then I start my duty for the day. But nevertheless it was great. But it will be some time before I go club again.
Had duty on Friday and Saturday. Friday was Syahid’s last duty and well I basically did not sleep and just stay up with him the whole night along with Herman. I slept the whole of Saturday morning waking to have lunch then sleep again till 4 and then I start my duty till 12.
Today’s message was good where moses explain many things that I do not really understand in the book of Mark. For example comparing the inside and the outside whether do we really have to follow the bible’s food guide and among other things. Bible study was even better where we talk about speaking in tongues and what are the issues that we are not clear and how people in the world have deceived others but their so called tongue speaking. I am glad that this session is here for us to clear our doubts less we get deceived by others who are out to cheat. After BS, we went to the i concert rehearsal and wow saw SamSee serious working side and well it was a surprised to me. Guess the who planning thing is very stressful especially if the people are not very cooperative. Well I’ll just pray for her and hope for everything to be well for her. WORK HARD SAM. ALL THE BEST TO YOU.
After that Sam and I went to PS to get some clothes for me to wear to esplanade for Phantom. I got myself a pair of nice black pants and 2 shirts from G2000. Along the way we chatted a bit and catch up with each other about how each is doing and well it was great. Really glad that he can help me.

Good Friday today and today is the day when Jesus was crucified and it’s the day where he paid for all our sins once and for all that through him man could be saved and be given eternal life. Praise the Lord. The day began with service and some of us helping with the logistics and so we arranged chairs and shift some furniture here and there. When the event ended, we helped in the clearing up too. Service began with some songs, a sharing, an item presentation and a message by an external speaker. The speaker was good and very humorous and his life really shows that God will provide the needs and that we do not really have to worry that much about it. One thing that strikes me today is the prayer that he mentioned. Well for me I feel that I have at times neglected GOD in the my life, times when I have been busy or times where I simply have no passion to pray. But after today, I told myself that I have to put GOD as the focus of my life and really put trust in him. So people who feel the same way as I am, I pray that GOD will give us a heart that always put GOD first and foremost and that in all we do we will give thanks to GOD for it and never neglect our father.
After service today, Julyn, Jon, Justin, Sam and I went to Kbox. Well initially we could not find it so I called Cam and asked her and well she was a great help. It was my first time going to Kbox and well I sort of liked it. Although it was mainly Chinese songs, but I could sing most of them and the English songs were familiar to me too. I sang some hokkien songs too and must have been a surprised to some of my friends. Lolz. Well generally this outing was great and I had lots of fun, especially the last song where Jon, Sam and I sang Heaven Knows. We were super high and we tried to hit all the high parts and it was hilarious. At around 1815, we left as Jon had a movie to catch.

CAN SOME COMPUTER EXPERT PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY COMPUTER? The sound of my computer is screwed up. It can play videos and Mp3 but not system sounds and youtube videos. Lately I having been trying all ways and means but cannot solve it. Hiaz think I need to call acer and ask them what to do. Finally the RP course has ended and it’s back to Seletar and back to work and wait for ORD. We had 2 new RPs and hope that they are good RPs and not like some of the lao qiao which are quite rotten. But so far so good and I pray for the best. Next week Enrique is going to organize a Zouk outing and hopefully most will go. Had an SF retreat planning committee meeting today at Bishan Coffee Bean. We discuss some initial issues and well it was quite fruitful and hope that we can have a great retreat for the SF.
