FIRE FIRE FIRE. Fire drill in the morning and all went well I guess and I am glad cause I was the in charge and Master plan for me to take charge for practice. When the bell was rung, everyone pretty much ran to assemble say for one particular person which I will not mentioned. When I went to the bunk, he was still slowly changing and after wards slowly walk and I really meant WALK to the fall in point. I am ok with that but later this guy did something which make me very disgusted. At 1300 Hrs, this guy was supposed to be on duty at the main gate. So I waited for him to take over but I saw a new guy coming out to take over, so I was puzzled as Yusaku would never allow 2 new guys to be at the main gate. So I inquired and found out that he had actually asked the new guy to do his duty for him. When I heard, I was so pissed with his actions. It was super disgusting of him to bully the new guy. Even if he did not force the new guy but imagine you are new and some one who is of more senior rank and who has been there longer asked you to do that, I guess one would have done for fear of offending the so called lao jiao. I strongly disapproved of this behavior and the IC for the day plan in such a way that this new guy could go for prayers but because of this he could not go. And later I found out that the senior guy had told the new guy that he could not go for his prayers cause of the fire drill. I went to SO immediately and complain this matter to him and hope that he will be punished for his actions. Anyway this is not the first time that he has play rank and he even did it with me when he just joined the platoon. Although he is of a higher rank but he knows nuts about his job and actually demanded to have lesser work due to his rank. Luckily I have the support of others when i made that complain. Oh ya once I caught him sleeping at the main gate during his duty and when I catch him again, he is so going to get it. This has made me so angry and pissed and when I take over as IC, I will make sure no such things will happen. Ok enough of the rantings think I am not that angry liao since I have already complain and SO has known about it.
I am going to watch Phantom Of the Opera tomorrow and I am so excited about it.
