Today was a bad day through and through. First thing in the morning, we were informed of Derek’s excuse of night duty and gate duty and we are like WT*. So now we have to do his duty since he could not do which means more duty per month and since he is there, he is taking up space for our numbers which means useless person there. So for now the morale of the whole platoon is damm low now with the shortage of manpower and such people around. But what to do we still have to do our duties and live with the ass so just suck thumb lor.
While sending arms today, I caught the 2 provost duty drivers with camera phones blatantly placed on the table. Their attitude was quite bad too when I informed them that I was confiscating their phone. After which I brought them to see SO. What shocked me was their audacity of asking my colleague where I stayed and that was indeed a threat. This is so stupid cause if they do anything to me or rather if anything happens to me, they will be the prime suspect and will get double punishment, one from the civilian world and one from the military. Sometimes all one have to do is to follow the rules and not create problems, is it that difficult?
