Today was a real bad day for me, first of all I screwed up again and as a punishment, all my day offs are cancelled and some others too from my NDP involvement. There goes my driving lessons that I have plan to take using my day offs. First of all, in the morning, I did not get any sleep from doing duty last night as MSG Goh had to conduct a lesson for us about the new amendment to the SAF act and also about some new stuff regarding ROE. Later while I was on duty, there is this joker who park his car in front of the pass office where a sign stating NO PARKING/STOPPING was displayed. When he was stepping out of the car, I shouted to him as he was a distance away to park his car at the car park then I proceeded to direct his attention to the sign. I don’t think I have been impolite to him but anyway screw him. Then in the evening I screw up again, which makes this day real rotten.
Sometimes life really sucks to the core man. Like just in Thursday, I just impress the people from 2PDF who came down for an inspection and today I can make such a stupid mistake and its my 2nd major one too. So as a result, my punishment now so far is 5 extra weekend duties and all my day offs cancelled.
I hope I can really learn from all my mistakes and not commit such stupid errors again and may the punishment serve as a reminder. Was talking to samsee and I realized that I am too arrogant and complacent when it comes to work and I think that I know a lot. I have to learn to realize that without God I am nothing and all that I am is cause he puts me there and he can remove me anytime. Glory and praise to our lord God and may I learn to be humble and trusting God in everything I do. Amen
