Went to have dinner at NYDC with sam on Friday to celebrate her birthday and it was my first time eating there and the food is good. I had the 3 amigo baked pasta while sam had a Romeo and Juliet baked pasta and we shared a mud pie. We catch up a bit with each other as we hardly had time to talk. After dinner, we walked around a bit and I went home after sending her back.
Duty on Saturday with Derek and we had a quarrel at 0100. Apparently he asked me if the detail was like what I had suggested and I said yes which was like I do the first 6 hours then followed by him then I do 5 hours and he 6 and I do the final hour which is how we share the 24 hours. The idea was that due to his ‘Med Condition’ opening the gate too many times would cause his leg to be painful so I helped him by doing the busy part. At 0100 I went to wake him up and he was like huh am I supposed to take over you now I thought its at 2. I was really pissed as I had already msg him about it and I called him twice to confirm but since he did not bother to pick up the phone and neither did he bother to asked me, I thought he understood that he was to take over me at 0100. What pissed me off further was that he continue to talk and waste time which is typical of him when he realizes he is losing. Taking a deep breathe, I told him to quickly change as the guards were waiting to go mobile and all their arms are drawn and ready. However he still wants to talk and says that I am unreasonable and this really makes my blood boil and I shouted at him to hurry up and stop talking. Then he say that he actually wanted to start first and I told him that how can he do it since he can only do silent hours and he replied that he gets to choose and so I sarcastically asked if he could decide when his leg could take long standing and when it could not and he said yea. I was like oh man this is outright malingering and his status was changed after MSG called the doctor so this really speaks of his so called excuse duty. Then he began his I did all this to help you guys and I can get the excuse anytime and I tell him by all means go get it and I hope he gets charged for malingering. Crap my day spoiled by such a guy and I wasted around 25 minutes of my time too and plus mobile which makes me have lesser rest.
Today’s message was bible and science by Col Peng and we learn about what the bible says about modern science and how foolish people were when they thought they could understand all things but in actual fact, we really have only a tiny bit about our world. After worship was BS and after lunch I went back to rest cause I was way too tired.
