Today, together with 3 of my camp mates, Hafiz, Syahrul and Ramdan, I painted my house. I am super tired now and have just bathe after clearing up all the mess. There was paint stains to wipe, newspapers and plastic sheet all over the floor and brushes to wash. After clearing up the rubbish, we had to vacuum the floor and also mop it and move the furniture back to their places.
Painting the ceilings was very tiring on the neck as one had to keep looking up at where we want to paint. After painting all the ceilings and the walls, the touching part is the hardest as we had to paint all the corners and sides which are either near to the furniture or the walls.
At around 9, we managed to finish the hall and the 3 rooms and my friends left first and the rest of the touching up was done by my parents and I. At around 11, we started clearing up and only finished by around 12.
Tiring day today but at least I got a nicer looking house.
