Went online in the morning today to check out chalet rates for my 21st birthday next year, after going through several websites, I think the best ones are at The Chervons which is not only cheap but the chalet is big too with a hall, double storey and all. But too bad its all fully booked and the rest with halls are either too far away or too expensive. So we decided on the one at downtown east although there is no hall just a deluxe room with a small area outside for BBQ.
At 1300, I went to meet Liang Ying and Sam at Yishun Safra for swimming. When I got off the 859, I saw Sam waiting at the 812 and we waited for Liang Ying before walking to SAFRA. Liang Ying forgot to bring his goggles, so we took turns using it swimming 2 laps before switching over. After 20 laps, we went to wash up. We had laksa and after which desert and well my stomach felt funny but the feeling was quite siok. The laksa was good man and cost like only $2.20. After that, I went home to take a nap and woke up at around 1845, had a bathe and then went to buy dinner for my dad and sis.
Good news, Sam is going to bintan with us. It so happens that he was free during that week and could afford to take some leave but initially we could not accommodate him since our booking numbers are filled up. But then luckily, Keith could not make it so Sam could replace him but then again there are problems too like the name on the ticket and whether there is a name list for the chalet that we booked at Bintan.
The retreat planning is really driving me nuts man. It suddenly feels so rushed and we like got 3 weeks left before it comes at us. God, I pray for your help and guidance now as we continue with our planning. Hope that all will turn out well.
