I have finally cut my hair on Saturday and it is getting irritating cause it is so long and thick and the weather is not very helpful too. After cutting my hair, I cab down to Harbour Front centre to meet Ian and
I realised that I have been updating like only once a week recently and I guess I am too tired when I reached home and to add on to that, I have to wake up earlier now for the job. Well I am not complaining since the pay is decent and now I only have 3 more days left. This week has been a super busy week for me with a walk in ad for mailroom assistant and I was literally flooded with interviews the whole day and to add on to that, I have to fill my own temps and the rest of the team is still bugging me with crap like 1 or 2 day jobs which really irritates me. But I am too busy to care man. Luckily Elaine helped me sell one candidate and also by God’s grace, I managed to fill 3 temps myself, in total this week, I fill 3.0 plus parking and well 2.0 was my own candidate. Now we are really having some pressure by the CEO and underperforming temps will face termination, well I know that my division will help me as much as they can but at the end of the day, I still have to work hard. Furthermore it is really difficult to work nowadays with so many people and so little computer to work with and our job literally relies on the computer. At the end of the day, its no use making excuses just try to do the best that I can and bring in more sales for the team. For next week, I will try to fill the marketing position, mailroom position and hopefully fill around 2.0 for the week again. I really hate it sometimes when people say that I only feed on parking and don’t contribute to filling temps myself but really they don’t see the amount of work that I have on top of my usual work, I am really busy with lots of admin work but well as long as God knows and the right people know it is ok. I foresee more staying back late to clear mails and do up CVs to be faster then the rest.

Swimming on Saturday with Liang Ying and this time I managed 23 laps without stopping and well it is an improvement from the last time when I only managed 20 and feel quite dead after that. Liang Ying also got his license liao on Friday and now when we want we can hopefully rent a car and drive out. Lolz. After the swim, we went to have frog porridge and it cost like $19 bucks but it was good and quite worth the money. After our dinner I went to church for the mission trip meeting and well now there is a problem cause we need to apply for a visa now in view of the situation due to the Olympics. Have to pray for God to provide.
Just finished the movie, The Bucket List, the movie is about the lives of 2 man who are about to die and how they live out their last days and what they came to realize was the most important. For me, after watching the show, I guess I really have a lot of things that I wanted to do but well hopefully I have the chance next time. I want to drive a sports car, travel around the world and be someone powerful and rich. That’s for starters and I guess that’s what many people want too. Anyway the movie is really good and I recommend it to everyone.

Its been a long time since I blog, and lots of overdue and backlog entries and event to talk about. I have just finished my latest project which was Ivy’s birthday present. I made a card and a cross stitch tissue holder for her and well the general comments from the rest of RE was that it was ugly and the card is very rigid and engineered like me. Well but in the end they also commented that it was good effort for someone like me and well Ivy was happy with it too. Must say the 2 weeks of work really paid off and I was like literally rushing it through the night and sleeping late for it.
