Another update for the week..... On Tuesday, Jas and I met up at Lot 1 after her NTU medical check for dinner and also to make our little gift for the perm staff when we leave this job where we had our great time working. We headed to NTUC first to get the chocolates and and later to popular to get the wrapping paper. I got some quotes to write down for each of them to be included in the packet of choc. After that, I send Jas back and went back
Friday was the gathering at NUS Guild house with Gina, Amanda, Alicia, Jeraldine, Phyllis, Nathan, Shaun, Andew and Jeraldine's BF. It was great to be back there again enjoying the company of people who are fun to hang out with and enjoying the great ambiance and food there. Too bad Jas could not be there as she had to go for her father's birthday celebration. Liz got this helium filled Tweety Bird for Amanda and it was quite irritating at first floating around and finally it exploded and peace return. Lolz. We were also entertained by 2 singers who were quite good and they sang When You Say Nothing At All and Can't Take My Eyes off You. After the dinner, Shaun and I left while they rest like Amanda, Nathan, Liz, Phyllis and Alicia went to sing karaoke. Last heard from Nathan is that they sang from 0030 to 0530. That was like MADNESS!!!
The bottles that I ordered finally arrived but it was short a few and I made do with another model which was slightly taller but it is ok. After swimming, I went to collect the bottles, went back for a bathe before heading out for our final mission meeting before flying off to China where we would be there for 11 days. We practice the skit, songs and dance and also settle some administration stuff.
Today was a great variety of events happening. We showed the dance to SF before service and we had a dedication service for the team and Moses was invited to pray for us before we flew off next Sunday. Before the message was the farewell for us who were transfering to YA soon and well its been only 3 years in SF for me, but I really gained a lot and also made many friends and now it is time to go on to our next stage in our growth. We got a mug as a gift and a spirti flux cd.

After that was celebrating Jon's birthday. We had the cake cutting in church before heading out to Bistro Gaga for our lunch and to get there, Jon and I climbed like almost 6 stories up a hill while Dan and the rest came in a taxi. They were still like its only a hill. Thanks man. LOLZ
