Finally some time to blog before the start of the JCRC meeting at 10 later. I realized that I have not been updating for a long time since I started school. School has been hectic but fun filled with Hall activities like night cycling, dinner and dance, block steamboat and JCRC elections and also the numerous tutorials, readings that never seem to end and I have an economics test like next week. Everything happens so fast and time flies and it is mid semester already and after recess week it will be all the assessed presentations. It is like a super busy but I am also enjoying it kind of lifestyle. Some update for my activities so far, I have decided to devote my time to studies (DUH), Hall (Since I am in JCRC) and either Business Solutions (If I do get in) or Investment Interactive Club. I have no time for other things except running to distress at night and studying the word of God. The rest of my time is work, work and more work. I enjoy working and working and cannot sit still kind so that’s why I guess I am enjoying my life now, which is good to hear. Lolz.
Our tutorial group has grown closer and the lunch together group is getting bigger by the day and more people have joined us. This is a great bunch of people and I really enjoy hanging out with them together and all are good workers too who really contributed greatly to my great time in tutorial sessions. Hope that we remain bonded all the way.
Went back to RE on Friday for dinner and most of the ex temps also went back and we had fun catching up with each other and updating each other. There was more new people there now and legal is gone. Also good to hear that Sarah, Vance and Josh got converted liao and wish them all the best in their work. Wednesday I am going back there again to have dinner with Banking 03.
I got the post of Business Manager but sadly Jing Yang did not get president and well since I do not know much of the people here very well yet but with my interaction with him, I think that he could be a great leader and I am not sure why does he has so many against vote but then again it is a pity not being able to work under him now it remains to see who is going to be the 8th President. The tough part is going to start for me and I really hope that I can be a good business manager and contribute to the Hall.
Jonathan is going to leave for his studies soon and well definitely I would be sad and feel quite lost since he was the one who brought me to church and I would share some things with him and now he is gone, I would feel a void somehow but then again I would get used to it somehow. He is flying off on Tuesday and thank God the AGM is postponed so I can go see him off. Bye Jon
I think it would be difficult for me to post another one again but I would try my best to post when I can and update about my life.
