Time really flies and it is the end of the recess week which was supposed to be no lessons but it was worse than having lessons due to the very tough OB assignment, projects and meetings. I have submitted my assignment on Thursday which took me an accumulated 3 days to complete and I have just finished the slides for our OB article arena on Thursday. We are going to meet up tomorrow for a final presentation and also to start on our marketing project. My presentations are all cramped with the next 2 weeks and once that is over, I can start preparing for my examinations. However before all this there is still the exam welfare supper which I am quite worried about and it is my first project. JCRC is starting to get busy with lots of meet up with people and managing my subcomm. So far I had a good start but it really needs to be sustained for things to work well.
Another good news for me is that I got into Business Solutions which is what I really wanted to learn about business cases and hopefully I can train my mind and at the same time make friends with like minded people. First ‘meeting’ was today and we were assigned teams and had to present a case. When I got it I was like WA KAOZ. But it was fun though preparing with my teammates, Nigel, Elyssa and Shayna. We did a case on Shimano, the bike component manufacturer and well our recommendations sort of got shot badly. But it was a good experience for us and I learnt some tips about presentation.
Recently I realized that the world is indeed small and I happen to know one my friend’s ex and I completely never thought that he was such a person and was really shocked. Now I realized how scary someone can be and be really different, like almost another person and the shit he can do. Thank God she is no longer with him and I am really pissed when I heard about what he had done to her and stuff and I pray that he will change for the better too.
Life is hectic as usual with almost no free time and now I really appreciate any free time I may have and not waste it unnecessary.
