Functional, Formal Hierarchy, Informal Communication, Team Norms, Team Effectiveness Model, Motivation......, hand raises up for more paper that takes forever to come and after non stop writing, PENS DOWN......
That marks the end of my first paper in NTU, the Organisational Behavior and Design. It is my first open book examination and of many more to come I hope. Once the paper start, it was writing and writing till it was the end and the first thing that came to my mind was LUNCH. I was super hungry.
I find the paper ok and not too bad but some people find it quite difficult though. Hope I can do well.
One down and three more to go, retreating into my mountain soon again.
