What happen to me today was totally unbelievable, while on the way to East Coast Park, on 859, my left eye contract lens dropped out and I was like crap. So I had to go back again to put on new lens and travel back to East Coast which in total took me 1 Hour just to get out of Sembawang and another 40 mins to travel to Tampines. Grrr
Met up with Jia and SY at Tampines 1 and we walked around to get Hong Wee's Birthday Present and we got him a soccer ball and a Nike Water Bottle. After that, we went to Joy's house to slack cause they din want to go ride bikes. I went there to slack and sleep and I borrowed a great book from Joy called The Case For Christ about a guy who was showing that the existence of Christ can be proven with law and facts and it was quite interesting especially after Business Law and I shall occupy my time meaningfully and not slack around so much but do lots of reading.
Around 4:30, we took a cab down to East Coast Park to collect the food and after that stone while we wait for the rest to arrive. I began to read the book and after KY came, Phebe, KY and I went to play Friskbee for a while before starting the fire.
Soon after everyone arrived and we just sat around, talking cock, eating and record videos of Hui Jia freaking out when any cat comes past. Lolz. She is really really afraid of cats and will like stand on the stone chairs the moment any arrive and not to worry, I have captured all this wonderful moments on video and shall soon upload them to Facebook.
After tonight I have new menus to add to my BBQ list like Needle Mushrooms with Cheese and Satay with Cheese by KY and Matthew respectively.
Thank God that we did not stay too late or we would have been drenched.
